I had TSP Landscaping – Grading – Patio do an overcast of top soil on area’s in my front yard and then did a re-seed with heat tolerant blue grass. A year later the lawn looks super and does much better in the summer time. TSP also removed some brush from my tree line and ground it up. So I would recommend TSP to anyone in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. We are now thinking about having them do a custom patio for our backyard.
